We design and fabricate our panelized cabins and homes in a controlled environment on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia. Every component is built with precision, then delivered and assembled on your land, often in just a matter of days.

A Rooted home isn't one singular structure. We have three main models that you can personalise, upgrade and configure in various ways.
The Compact Cabin (Model 1) at 400 square feet is a lean and efficient piece of architecture, ideal as a secondary suite, a creative retreat, or a first step onto land you've been holding onto for years.
The Mid-Size Home (Model 2) at 960 square feet is great for families who want real space without a real-estate-scale footprint.
The Family Home (Model 3) at 1,540 square feet is a full residence: multiple bedrooms, room for upgrades, built to the same standard as everything else we make.
Each model can be finished in one of three aesthetic directions, which we’ll share more about soon.
